Delivery Fee Structure
Free delivery on all Standard orders over Rs 2,500.
FreshPoints members at Gold or Platinum tier get free Standard delivery on orders over Rs 25.
Peak hour surcharge: Orders between 5-7 PM may include a Rs 1.99 surcharge on Standard delivery.
Tipping: 100% of tips go directly to your delivery driver. Tips are optional but appreciated.
Service fee: A small service fee of 5% (capped at Rs 5) is applied to cover operational costs.
